1st snow day


Check Resting Heart Rate
Proper Warm-up activity (Static or Dynamic Stretch)
Choose a 60 minute moderate to vigorous activity
Check Working Heart Rate- compare to your Target Heart Rate Zone

Exercises include but are not limited to:
-Shoveling
-Clearing snow off cars/trucks
-Playing in snow
-Snow Sports (Snowshoeing, Skiing, Snowboarding, etc
ALL SNOW SPORTS NEED PARENTAL CONSENT OR SUPERVISION

If there is no snow, indoor activities are recommended.

Push-ups
Sit-ups
Planks
Plyometrics
Weight Training
